The Global Citizenship Project is an exciting opportunity for 猛料原创 eleventh-grade scholars to learn and collaborate with their peers worldwide. This project allows scholars to expand their knowledge of social, cultural, and historical connections between 猛料原创, D.C., and Nigeria.  All eleventh-grade scholars are encouraged to apply for this program to explore their communities, country, and the world. 

This project is designed to help high school scholars understand and apply our core values. By building deep relationships with peers locally and globally, scholars can examine equity issues in different contexts critically. The Global Citizenship Project is an exciting opportunity for 猛料原创 eleventh-grade students to learn and collaborate with their peers worldwide. Through this project, students can expand their knowledge of social, cultural, and historical connections between 猛料原创, D.C., and Nigeria. All students are encouraged to apply for this program to explore their communities, countries, and the world. 

Benefits

The 猛料原创 Global Citizenship Project offers a unique opportunity for scholars to collaboratively create a life-changing educational experience for themselves and their peers. Through this program, 猛料原创 scholars will develop valuable skills such as team-building, research, journalism, social activism, and public speaking. Moreover, they will also have the chance to:

• Express their opinions on social, cultural, and political issues and events.
• Learn about their peers' educational and cultural backgrounds in Washington, D.C., and Nigeria.
• Work together to create educational materials that will enhance their peers' understanding of their communities' rich history and culture and the communities they plan to visit.
• Travel to partnering schools in D.C., Maryland, and Lagos, Nigeria, without incurring expenses.

By participating in this project, 猛料原创 scholars can broaden their horizons, expand their knowledge, and become better equipped to impact the world positively.

All 猛料原创 juniors who are 16 are encouraged to apply, including those who have not previously participated in extracurricular leadership programs or experiences.
