Mr. Myron McGowan
My name is Myron McGowan, and I have been the chair art teacher at Cardozo Middle School over the past seven years. I am a graduate of 猛料原创 State University, who received a bachelor's degree in Art and a Master's in Education. I have also been a professional fine artist for over 20 years with an emphasis on Afrocentric abstracts with oil as the chosen medium. Additionally, I've been a youth mentor football coach in the community for over 15 years.
I have a true passion for working with our young artists! I strive to create a community of young artists that may use art and its understanding as a tool to advance their education and future careers.
